Free one-hour intake/consultation session with Jess, your Personal Trainer!
Exercise is actually a very personal affair, and allowing a personal trainer in on that is a quicker way to reach your fitness goals. However; it is important that you feel at ease with your fitness instructor. I always start out with a free and non-binding, one-hour intake/consultation session. This gives us the opportunity to get to know one another and see if there is a connection.
During the hour, we discuss your fitness needs and interests and establish your goals. In the intake session, if you want to get started right away, you fill in a health questionnaire. This provides me with all the necessary background information for developing your personal fitness program. Of course, all information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential.
