A great way to work out your arms, abs and Legs!
An hour long including warm up and cool down. Learn basic boxing technique while you train your arm and leg muscles, including abdominals. You box with a partner and aim for a hand target, not the head, therefore it is safe and FUN! You also use kicking pads to work the legs so you get a whole body workout!
Boxercise classes are on-going. Please contact Jess, your personal trainer, to find out which class suits you.
Currently we have Boxercise-Bootcamp at the Beach beginning June 2019. Contact me soon, spaces are limited!
